SEPHORA SPRING SALE 2022

Ani & Pri

Welcome, so glad you're here! We're excited to share our everyday lifestyle and finds with you!

Alright friends, it’s time for the bi-annual Sephora sale once again! What does this mean? Based on your “tier” or yearly spend at Sephora, you get a discount of 20%, 15%, or 10% off the ENTIRE store! Yep, you heard that right. Every single item at Sephora is on sale. We are rounding up our tried and true products (many of which we are repurchasing) as well as some, or a lot, that we are eyeing 😉

Buckle up and hope you enjoy!

ROUGE members can shop starting 4/1, VIB can starting 4/5, and Beauty Insiders can starting 4/7! Check your Sephora account status under “profile” to check when you can start shopping the spring sale!

TRIED & TRUE PURCHASES

Sephora sale tried and true purchases: first aid beauty, dior, saie beauty, ghd hair, fenty lip, lip gloss, charlotte tilbury, armani beauty, gisou

First up, of course our tried and trues. These are items we grabbed last time OR we’ve loved over the years. Breaking down each of them below:

  • HAIR: This GhD curler (1 inch) is the perfect easy way to get beachy waves or full on curls. Lightweight (even more than the T3 we used to use) and glides right off the hair for smooth waves. Not to mention this finishing Gisou hair oil — shine for days! We even like adding this on “in between” wash days when the ends of your hair can get dull/dry. Pop on a couple drops of this and hair is back to being shiny and healthy.

  • SKIN: This First Aid Beauty eye cream has this pearly essence to it which is gorgeous and hydrating under the skin, and this First Aid Beauty moisturizer has been a game changer for my forehead! If you have combo skin — this one is good to use on areas without access oil.

  • FOUNDATION: Okay, we all know this Giorgio Armani foundation ROCKS. We use shade 6.25 (medium/tan skin tones with yellow undertones). If you have pink or neutral undertones, this has shades for you too! This might be the 3rd bottle we are purchasing, YES it’s that good.

  • CREAM BRONZER/BLUSH: If you haven’t jumped on the cream products trend, do it this spring/summer! We like this Makeup by Mario cream stick bronzer (shade Medium) because it has 6 shades and they work well on medium/darker skin tones. Super blend-able and creamy stick. The Saie cream blush in “Poppy” is also perfect for an on the go bright coral pop for the cheek.

  • LIPS: Y’all know we are lipstick/gloss fanatics over here on A Darling Duo. Naming some rockstar products that you definitely want in your personal lip kit. The classic Charlotte Tilbury liner (Iconic Nude) and lipstick (Kim KW) are classic nude colors to pair with essentially any other lip products! It even works on our brown skin and we know it can be hard to find nude combos that work. Now onto glosses — the Fenty gloss in “Honey & Waffles” (more of a browney/orange) and “Mauve Wives” (more of a purple/pinky) are the perfect shades to have to switch up your look. And of course, we will be grabbing another Dior gloss (001) because you can’t go wrong with this topper on any lipstick, or even by itself. The most subtle, soft pinky glow.

WE’RE EYEING IN BEAUTY

Some things that have caught our eye in the beauty department!

EYESHADOWS

  • If you haven’t tried Natasha Denona shadows yet – STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING! Okay dramatic, but genuinely these are so creamy and pigmented. A little goes a long way. Love the idea of playing with this palette for a fun pastel look, or this one for a classic bronze look.

  • Tarte is an OG for us, and one of our most used palettes over the last 5+ years is the Tarte in Bloom… well this new one is that but bigger & better! They took all the classic shades and added even more beautiful mattes and shimmer shades. If you’re looking to invest in one palette where you get a whole lotta bang for your buck – this is the one.

LIPS

  • Liners alllll day. We love a good liner by itself with gloss on top or mixing in different shades to create custom combos. These two by Make Up For Ever (“Wherever Walnut” and “Anywhere Caffeine“) are really good brown / nude options.

FACE

  • Kosas is a brand ALL over TikTok so we had to try it out, this Kosas concealer (shade 04N) and setting powder (shade cushiony). We liked that these products have options with “yellow” undertones that work well with our skin tone.

  • Check out the Gucci bronzer if you’re wanting a luxe yet sunkissed look for this summer – a little goes a long way!

WE’RE EYEING IN HAIR/PERFUME

PERFUME:

  • This Gucci Flora one smells so nice, subtle floral and sweet — but citrusy. Been wanting this one for a few months.

  • The OUAI one is fresh and light and would be great for anyone who doesn’t want too harsh of a scent.

HAIR PRODUCTS:

  • We’ve heard RAVING reviews about this Color Wow Dream Coat. Apparently it lasts multiple washes (how cool and the product will last long) and is key to help frizz and flyaways. Nice that it has a mini size to try out first, too.

  • The OUAI hair mask looks great for damage control and we love that it has options for different types of hair. Been wanting to try this one for a while (and the neutral aesthetic doesn’t hurt either!)

WE’RE EYEING IN SKIN

We love self care days! These wouldn’t be complete without some new skincare goodies.

We wanted a moisturizing lip butter balm, so we grabbed this one from Summer Fridays (vanilla) and Pri grabbed the luxurious OUAI body creme (melrose place) because YES to self care! Also this Tatcha radiance mask has come highly recommended by MakeupxKA so of COURSE we have to try it out too.

I (Pri) have really enjoyed a few different First Aid Beauty products (hello sensitive skin) so this Oat Toner from them sounds so hydrating yet effective, and this cleansing oil+remover in one to help get all the makeup off.

That’s a wrap – hope this breakdown was helpful! We have so much fun shopping the sales and rounding up our favorites. Let us know if you have products you want us to try out/if you have any questions. If you do happen to shop through any of the above links, we get a tiny commission on them and we are so thankful for the support. If you’re shopping in store, we hope you find this post inspirational. You can always reference our last spring Sephora roundup too, you might see some repeat products 😉 Happy shopping!!! <3
